INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 200 g squid
- 250 g of pasta
- 200 g of cauliflower
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic
- 100 g feta cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Peel and chop the onion. Shelling cauliflower into florets. Put a casserole on the fire with a little salt, a few strands of saffron and plenty of water. Cook 10 minutes. Add the cauliflower and keep 8 minutes until al dente; remove.
Peel the garlic Remove the germ with a knife and cut into slices. Put a pan on the fire with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, peppered squid and garlic in slices. Keep on medium heat 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
