INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 3 bananas
- 3 avocados
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 dl of milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea
- 80 g red currants

Step 1:

Make juice of half a lemon. Peel and cut the sliced ​​bananas. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed and remove the skin. Cut the pulp into pieces and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

Step 2:

Put the slices of banana, avocado, milk and honey in a blender glass. Beat until everything is integrated. If the mixture is very lumpy, add more milk until a creamy texture is achieved.

Step 3:
