INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 600 g chicken thighs
- 3 garlic
- Ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon of 5 Chinese spices
- Sweet potato flour
- Yeast
- 2 dl sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of La Vera paprika
- Coriander
- Pepper
- Salt
Step 1:

Chop the chicken. Peel and chop 3 garlic and a piece of ginger. Put the chicken, garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, Chinese spices, black pepper and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix and let macerate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Grow Ginger:
Step 2:

Mix in a bowl a cup of sweet potato flour (can be substituted for potato starch) and a teaspoon of baking powder. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and breach the pieces with the mixture.
Step 3:

Put a pan on the fire with 2 dl sunflower oil. Add the chicken pieces and keep until golden brown. Remove to absorbent paper and sprinkle with pepper, paprika and spices. Serve with chopped cilantro.
