INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 500 g of potatoes
- 500 g spinach
- 200 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- Nutmeg
- Salt


Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pan with water and salt. Peel them in hot and pass them through the pasapuré; Reserve.
